Bill Would Give School Choice To Special Needs Families

A Texas lawmaker is proposing “education savings accounts.” Families would receive 90% of what the state spends each year per student.

They could access the money on a quarterly basis and spend it on outside therapy and even a private school education.

Some at-risk kids who are in foster care or homeless would also be eligible.
